The FB6C pressure regulator controls the pressure of devices that require maintenance in sanitary conditions. The FB6C operates by sensing the pressure on the underside of the diaphragm downstream of the seat. When the downstream pressure approaches the set pressure, the force exerted by the pressure on the diaphragm begins to move the plug upward to close it, overcoming the force of the set spring. This reduces the downstream pressure and maintains the set pressure.
